RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the steps taken at Healing Project, Inc. to insure a fully documented and lab tested safe product, we cannot accept returns or replacements for opened or partially used products. For all unopened and unused products in their original, undamaged packaging, just carefully pack and ship the products back to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (customer pays return s/h).

In the rare case that a shipped product is damaged beyond its safe usage, such as a broken container with leaked formula, or broken and opened tamper-proof seals on the retail packaging, then please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can solve the issue. If it is determined that the fault lies with our shipper, then they will pay for replacement and you will be immediately issued new product.

 

Sadly, due to the high level of return fraud in the medicinal cannabinoid e-commerce space, Healing Project, Inc. will only offer product replacement on fully verified shipping company damage claims. Any customer who files for more than one damage claim in a six month period, will be subject to a loss of their account purchasing privileges with Healing Project, Inc., unless and again the damage to any product is determined to rest squarely on the shoulders of the shipping company. This is why we pay for insurance on all customer orders, so we can prevent this very occurrence.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are eligible for free USPS Priority Shipping. We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment, but due to the unpredictable nature of the postal service, we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery times.

RECURRING CHARGES POLICY

Recurring charges for the purchase of the 3-month auto-ship option for our 4000mg Healing Project Nano CBD will be billed to the banking debit account or credit card on file every three months from the original transaction date. Payment must be cleared before product will be shipped out.

 

If you would like to cancel your ongoing auto-ship subscription, please contact us HERE at least 48 hours prior to the charge date so we are able to cancel your order on time. We will not be held responsible for payments charged within 48 hours of the agreed upon charge date.

 

If you need to change your credit card info or shipping address please contact us so we can make the changes to your account to ensure your orders are processed properly and your order reaches you safely.

In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) the Healing Project, Inc. may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days.
